I got a policy quoted with a price and offered to take drive defense course for dicount.I was offered a beacon which i refused from day one.Now come to find out that policy will go up a$11.00 montly due to office error.I understand competetion and errors but also to have rude customer service say we made a mistake you need to choose keep it or not thats all i can do is kinda of a turn because its 11.00× 6 mos is $66.00 i had a cheaper policy previously and i switched.Please ensure that you have the right quote before changing to this company because they put things in to get cheaper price to get you as a customer then change it.Thats not honest business.How dissappointing but no other choice.
